I went to Portland recently to visit friends and get away from New York for a little while. Here are some of the images I took back with me. I had the good fortune to catch my second Elsworth Kelly show of the summer during that weekend-- a fantastic show of colorful prints. Other highlights included long walks in the fresh air and chilling with Birch the cat.
