Who loves brisket? Me. And a lot of other people too, including Jimmy Carbone, of Jimmy's No. 43 and Beer Sessions Radio, which is why he and a bunch of other food writers and media peeps are putting together an event at which the 2013 Brisket King (or queen?) of NYC will be crowned. Such an occasion required some some of regal crest (for the trophy, you know?) so Jimmy asked me to create a logo for the event. Here is it, clean and crisp but by next week Wednesday it should by a little greasy. P.s. tickets are still available and you can purchase here. Event is Wednesday, Feb. 20!
