Stony Lake. The best little lake.

Some new lettering for the lake went to as kids (and the one that we STILL love to go to as adults). Stony Lake. Arguably the best place in the world.

5 o'clock in Paris

New recipe up on Greenpointers today!  It's called "Le Rana," and it comes to us from Patrick Dacy of Duke's Liquor Box.  Full details here! Sounds so perfect for spring.

Just got the printed sample of a recent lettering and illustration project I did for Farrar, Straus, and Giroux. I love the touch of gold!

love for s.w. basics

Coming soon from S.W. Basics (my favorite natural skin care company, based right here in Greenpoint) a handy, little tote bag upon which I've illustrated how awesomely simple their ingredients are.Nothing fancy or chemically strange. Just good, wholesome stuff you can pronounce and find at the grocery store. Bonus: Adina, the founder, is adorable and hilarious.

And their packaging. Perfect. I've also painted this ode to their cleanser.

Stay beautiful :)

Cheryl Day's Savannah
