We had fourteen guest chefs, among them Michael Psilakis, Bill Telepan, John DeLucie, and Zak Pelaccio, all of whom created really amazing dishes for our guests to try. Everyone left the event with a cookbook featuring the chefs' potluck recipes. I was able to get away with using a chip board material for the letterpress invites, as long as I threw in a touch of metallic silver ink to get that high+low thing going.
