Last Saturday evening I had the pleasure of attending a lovely dinner with friends at Susanne's cozy home in Älvsjö, where the featured dish of the night was älg. She even hung her strange little moose painting up for the occasion. The älg was served with a side of Hasselbackspotatis, messmör, och rödavinbårsylt-- Svenska klassik! It was wonderful. Somehow by 23:00 we were all singing old Swedish songs, and some American tunes too, Jerker playing the guitar, for a couple of hours. It was a fantastiskt evening!
